Can I make an entity a favourite?
Yes – very easily. Just click on the star icon to the left of the entity name to make it a favourite. Portfolio customers only.
How do I remove the favourite flag?
Yes – very easily. Just click on the star icon to the left of the entity name to remove it from your favourites. Portfolio customers only.
If I make an entity a favourite, will other users in my portfolio be able to see my favourites?
No. Favourites are specific to each user. E.g. if you add 3 LLPs as your favourites, another user in your portfolio will not see those LLPs as their favourites (unless they also select them as their own favourites). This allows each user to customise their own view.
If I have favourites, how does that affect sorting order?
When you first open you portfolio entity list favourites will show at the top of the list. If you then sort the list by another field (e.g. name, CS filing date), that will resort the list based on that criteria. If you refresh the page it will reset and list favourites at the top of the list.
How can I see only my favourite entities?
Just click on the “Favourites” toggle at the top of the page to filter the view to see only favourites. Click on “All” to see all entities.
