Option holder dashboard

A company with a large number of complex option schemes and grants wanted a way to manage that information and share it with option holders.  They investigated the products available in the market and considered that Kudocs was the perfect fit for them – based on functionality (does everything the needed), easy to use, stakeholder engagement (their option holders loved it) and price.

They use Kudocs to keep a record of all their options – whether time or performance vesting – scheme/ grant documentation and use that data to inform their cap table analysis (using Kudocs’ cap table feature).
