    ECCTA & IDV implementation update – 1 Dec 2025

    Updated 3 December 2025   It’s been almost 2 weeks since the launch of the new IDV requirements at Companies House.  It’s worked pretty well, but there are still ongoing issues with how Companies House is handling filings that are affected by these changes, and the data they are providing around filing deadlines and windows.

    IDV filing deadlines for PSCs who are also directors or LLP Members – IMPORTANT!

      Companies House has just released an update to the rules around when PSCs who are also directors or LLP members need to file their UIDs at Companies House (i.e. confirm that they have completed IDV).  We have written quite a lot about this already (e.g. see here), but the rules have now changed.
